What is the shipping cost?
For all orders, we use flat rate standard 4-15 days shipping as the followings:

| For orders $50 or more (US only) | FREE |
What happens after I place an order?
From our production facilities in the United States and other countries, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
The estimated shipping time is 4-15 days to the final destination. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination.
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
What happens if my order is delayed?

What is the return & refund policy?
In summary, we have a 30- day return policy for full refund, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
