Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time. However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

How do I create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart- What should I do?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.

Can I amend and cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or amend your order please reach out to us as soon as possible at contact@Zajaly.com or via the contact form. Once we pack/ship your order, unfortunately we will not be unable to cancel it. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Coupon Code” or "Discount code" and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I haven’t received my order- What should I do?

If you have not received your order, please reach out to us within 20 days of placing the order. You can contact us via the contact us form.

What is the return policy?

Thank you for your order. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, Zajaly offers a generous return policy for a full refund.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What is eligible for return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return?

2. Enter your order number and email address to start
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
4. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What items are returnable?
• Within 30 days after receiving your item
• In unused and re-sellable condition
• In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Also, the following items cannot be returned:
• Gift cards

The item I received is damaged!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 15 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long it takes to ship my order?

Shipping Speed

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The estimated shipping time is 4-15 days to the final destination. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination. 


When placing an order, the product is made especially for you, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping Costs

For orders less than $50, a calculated rate shipping cost is included at checkout .

For orders more than$50, a Free Shipping is applied for US orders.

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zajaly is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How can I track my order?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders as per the guidelines below.

- Tracking number or

- Order number and email or

- Both of the above options.

Delivery notifications can be sent to customers through Email and/or SMS .

Additionally, you can track your orders in your track my order page or account if you sign up with Zajaly.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

If you need to change or amend your shipping address please reach out to us as soon as possible at contact@Zajaly.com or via the contact form. Unfortunately, we will not be unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed/shipped. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address.

There is a missing item in my order, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you an incomplete order.

I’ve received a defective item, what should I do?

We apologize if you had received a defective item from us.

I’ve received an incorrect item, what should I do?

We apologize for sending you the wrong item.

I’ve purchased the wrong size, What should I do?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. You can refer to our Returns & Refunds policy here and its procedures.

What are the accepted payment methods?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Can I pay by Gift Card?

If you have an eGift card from Zajaly.com, you can use it to make purchases. On the other hand, eGift cards not from Zajaly.com can't be used to make purchases.
